The house listing came only a couple of months after Streep bought a midcentury home located in Pasadena, California for $3.6 million.  The prospective owners of the penthouse would be getting it for $24.6 million, and that price would get them a space spanning 3,944 square feet.

The condo’s floor plan has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and an exquisite and modern kitchen. There is also a wraparound terrace that affords the occupants of the house beautiful views of the nearby Hudson River.

The couple got this 13th-floor penthouse as their city base as their primary residence is their estate spanning 90 acres in rustic Salisbury. This ranks as the very first time that the house would be available ever since the completion of the building in 2004.
