What Are Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Up To?
Search For A Love Nest
It has been six months since Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Baldwin officially tied the knot. Now, they are on the lookout for a new home as their love nest. According to sources, the newlyweds who officially got married in September 2018 have started checking out different Manhattan apartments in search of a place they can rent.
One of such apartments is a building situated on Leroy Street. Sources claim that the asking price of two bedroom units on this street range between $15,416 and $17,000 per month. The building was reportedly built by Ian Schrager, a renowned real estate developer.
One of such available units which Bieber and Baldwin are likely on the lookout for is a residence spanning 1,728 square feet and is on the building’s seventh floor. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the water. The apartments in the building also have wide plank wood floors as well as an entry gallery containing what’s deemed art walls. Also, the luxury building has an amazing room opening out to an outdoor patio that’s 200 square feet.
Selecting An Apartment
However, the newlyweds have to be picky with their choice of apartment to rent ranking their privacy as their top priority. According to a source, the couple needs to get an apartment that’s very private, particularly one where they get protection from paparazzi and fans.
Currently, Bieber owns a multi-million dollar mansion built on 101 acres of Southern Ontario land. The property has an equestrian facility, and it also gives a good view of Puslinch Lake close to Cambridge, Ontario.
The property itself covers over 9,000 square feet. According to online marketing materials, the property was custom-made, and it features amenities such as a games room, a gym, a theater room and also outdoor terraces that overlook the lake. There are huge speculations that the couple might eventually settle for this apartment, although a lot still depends on how private it is.
Bieber’s Real Estate
He reportedly parted with $5 million to acquire the property. He owns a Calabasas home which he reportedly acquired in 2012 for $6.5 million. He also rented 2 different Beverly Hills condos. At some point, he was occupying a SoCal party pad regarded as the most notorious party house in Hollywood for which he had to pay $29,000 per month. According to a source, the home had a movie theater, its own nightclub, three bars, and a gym.
In 2014, he took out rent on salad spinner house paying $59,000 per month. Later in 2016, he paid $80,000 per month to get a Toluca Lake spot and also rented another London pad for $133,000 per month. By 2017, he went back to Beverly Hills renting again for a 8,600, square feet for$55,000 per month.
