In 2014, the couple sold off their 18,298-square-foot Brentwood estate property in Los Angeles to Dr. Dre for a cool $40 million. The deal was profitable because the couple made four times the amount they initially paid.

After closing the deal, the couple went for a 14,317-square-foot mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts that cost $4.5 million. To make the property even more stunning, they invested millions in renovation, which increased the value of the mansion.

The lavish home has a massive kitchen which is the size of an entire living room, five bedrooms, and a master suite with many walk-in closets. Wondering what will happen to this property now that the couple has a spacious condo? They will probably sell it off to another rich buyer.

The condo offers the privacy with an automated garage that will stop non-residents and paparazzi from intruding.
