Ryan Seacrest’s $49 million House You Need to See
Ryan Seacrest is one of the most successful television hosts who started his career as a radio jockey but quickly climbed up the ladder to attain vast amount of fame and fortune in the entertainment industry. But while most of us know him as the funny and charming host on American Idol, not much is known about his wealth and business endeavours.
Seacrest once bought a $49 million mansion from Ellen DeGeneres in Beverly Hills which means the guy must be filthy rich! Many of us are already aware that Ellen is in the business of buying some of the finest properties and selling them off after makeover. Seacrest couldn’t resist the Hollywood Hills mansion when he saw it up for sale. The property is 9,200-square-foot featuring guesthouses that are in a separate place, residence and a pool.
The property is called the House of Peace or Casa di Pace. The Mediterranean stylish property has a feeling of opulence attached to it. There is a tennis court, lots of lined palm trees, a wine cellar and city views. Seacrest who is into many things is trying to stay in few places. He loves coming home where every drama of the entertainment industry is far away.
Seacret loves the Casa di Pace because it is his sanctuary. The property was tricky to possess when he was searching for the perfect place for his home. The day he saw the house was the day he started the purchasing deal. He didn’t waste time thinking if it was the right property for him. He found love all over the property.
