Demi Lovato Once Again Puts Hollywood Hills Home On the Market for Almost $9 Million
Demi Lovato just relisted her four years home for $8.995 million in Hollywood Hills West. It’s been nearly a year since her house last listed for sale, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The erstwhile Disney Channel star sang the national anthem before Super Bowl LIV on Sunday after a two-year break in her career, and the performance was a huge success, the singer is bent on parting with her home of 4 years which she purchased for $8.3 million in September 2016.
She suffered from a drug overdose in July, so she was hospitalized, and it was two months later that she put the four-story house on sale in September 2018 for $9.5 million. But when the home failed to attract a buyer, she put it on the rental market for a massive $39500 a month.
Perched at the end of a cul-de-sac, her Laurel Canyon mansion is a modern home of 5,500 square feet, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and Fleetwood pocket doors throughout while the living spaces fill out the lowest level of the three-story floor plan opening into a double-height living room and a large marble kitchen.
The second story holds most of the four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including a master suite with a couple of walk-in closets and a spa tub. Up top, there’s a stylish lounge, including the media room and a wet bar that opens to a vast ‘sky lounge’ terrace perfect for entertaining. The beautiful space enjoys sweeping city and canyon views. A zero-edge pool in the backyard, a spa, and a grill completes the picture.
Demi Lovato (Demetria Devonne Lovato) is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She debuts in 2002 in children’s television series ‘Barney & Friends’ and gained fame from Disney musical television “Camp Rock” & “Camp Rock 2”. She has earned many awards and nominated for her numerous performances.
